Aqualog FAQ

  1. Why do I get a blank page when I try to print the details window ?
  2. I can't import data from my watch ?
  3. Can I switch my watch between metric and imperial units ?
  4. Would you recommend the watch as a replacement for a dive computer ?
  5. Is there any way I can store all my dives to a single file or a database ?

Why do I get a blank page when I try to print the details window ?

Because I still haven't gotten round to supporting printing of the details window. This is a real pain to do properly in C++ and I just haven't had the time to dig into the examples I've got. The graph window should print OK though.

I can't import data from my watch ?

Did it work OK with the Citizen software ? If not then you could try swapping to a different serial port and generally fiddling with your computers serial port settings - other than that I can't be of much help.

Can I switch my watch between metric and imperial units ?

Not that I know of. AquaLog can determine the correct units when importing from the watch or from the Windows version of the Citizen software and will use those units. It doesn't allow you to switch units when viewing the dive information.

Would you recommend the watch as a replacement for a dive computer ?

Not really, it doesn't give you any kind of decompression information or dive planning. On the other hand, if you're doing trimix diving or free diving then it might be suitable as a backup depth timer.

Is there any way I can store all my dives to a single file or a database ?

Not using AquaLog.
